\nIn the living room, we have 3 different areas: dining space with 8 sittings and 2 living spaces with cable TV and WIFI \u2013 one with 3 individual chairs and another one with 2 sofas where you can enjoy a nice fireplace for the colder days or open all the windows and enjoy the very nice view for the garden and golf course.<\/p>\n
The house has a well-tended garden with a fantastic view towards the lake and golf course and an outdoor sitting and dining area where you can enjoy nice al-fresco meals, under the shade of the electric awnings.
\nThere is also a nice fenced swimming pool for child protection a great variety of outdoor furniture and a practical charcoal BBQ. There\u2019s also an outdoor WC. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this service it might be declined.
