Gabi Miguel Lda keeps the data of its customers to inform them whenever an opportunity arises to sell, buy or rent a property, to provide administrative support to customers in the process of buying, selling or renting a property, to inform the customer of the existence of promotions or marketing campaigns or to comply with legal obligations.

Customer data is obtained based on information received directly or indirectly from customers and the documentation that customers provide. This information is collected by Gabi Miguel Lda, representatives of Gabi Miguel Lda or when using the websites of Gabi Miguel Lda. The data stored for each customer, as well as those responsible for this data, can be consulted, exported, altered or deleted by the customer through a request made by e-mail.

Customer data generates automatic property recommendations tailored to each customer’s profile, meeting confirmations, or other automated messages.

Customer data will also be used to grant deeds, promissory purchase and sale contracts and carry out registration acts relating to real estate, with notaries, conservatories and similar entities.

Customer data is stored for a period of 2 years from the last contact made with the customer, except in cases where there are specific legal obligations, which impose a longer period.

Each customer may consent to the processing of their data through the websites of Gabi Miguel Lda and also, through a request by e-mail:
· object to data processing;
· limit such processing;
· withdraw consent at any time, in which case the lawfulness of the treatment previously carried out is not compromised;
· request rectification, updating or deletion of data;
· exercise the right to receive data concerning you and to transmit it to other data controllers.

Each customer has the right to be informed of the occurrence of any violation of their personal data and to submit a complaint about the processing of their data to the control authority (CNPD).

Gabi Miguel Lda stores data on candidates from recruitment processes to inform them whenever a career opportunity arises. For the purposes of the privacy policy and treatment of private data, these candidates are treated as clients.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL)

Under the terms of article 18 of Law no. 144/2015, of September 8, it is hereby informed that, in the event of dispute or dissatisfaction with the service or product made available, the consumer may resort to one of the Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes listed at www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org, and additional information on this matter can be obtained at www.consumidor.pt.

Conditions of use of the website

The information available on the website www.gabimiguel.pt may be viewed, copied, printed and distributed exclusively for non-commercial use, provided that all copies contain the legal copyright notice indicated above.
