Die 1987 gegründete Gabi Miguel Lda hat ihren Sitz in Vale da Parra und widmet sich dem Ziel, ihren Kunden die besten Lösungen für den Kauf und Verkauf von Immobilien sowie für Ferienvermietungen an der Algarve zu bieten.


Unser internationales Team vereint portugiesische und deutsche Fachkräfte mit einer gemeinsamen Erfahrung von über 50 Jahren im Tourismus. Wir sprechen Portugiesisch, Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch.


Anders als Hotels und Ferienanlagen handelt es sich bei unseren Unterkünften um individuelle Immobilien, die nach dem Geschmack des Eigentümers eingerichtet und sowohl kurzfristig als auch langfristig vermietet werden.
Unsere Kerntätigkeit ist die Immobilienverwaltung, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf der Vermietung von Villen, der Instandhaltung von Immobilien, der Gartenpflege und der buchhalterischen Unterstützung.


Unser Immobilienverwaltungsservice deckt den westlichen Teil von Albufeira ab, einschließlich Vale da Parra, Galé, Pêra, Alcantarilha, Guia, São Rafael und Albufeira selbst.
