More than property management

Founded in 1987, Gabi Miguel Lda is based in Vale da Parra and is dedicated to offering clients the best solutions for buying and selling properties, as well as holiday rentals in the Algarve.

Our international team brings together Portuguese and German professionals with a combined total of over 50 years of experience in tourism. We speak Portuguese, German, English, French, and Spanish.

Unlike hotels and resorts, our accommodations are individual properties, furnished to the owner’s taste and managed for both short-term and long-term rental.

Our core activity is property management, with particular expertise in villa rentals, property maintenance, landscaping, and accounting support.

Our property management service covers the western part of Albufeira, including Vale da Parra, Galé, Pêra, Alcantarilha, Guia, São Rafael, and Albufeira itself.
