Founded in 1987, Gabi Miguel Lda is located in Vale da Parra and is dedicated to offering the best solutions for clients in the purchase/sale of properties, as well as holiday rentals in the Algarve.

The team is international and made up of Portuguese and German professionals who combined have more than 50 years of experience in the field of tourism. Spoken languages include Portuguese, German, English, French and Spanish.

Lodging accommodations differ from hotels and resorts in that they are individual properties, furnished to the owner’s taste and managed for short-term and long-term rental.

The main activity is property management, with a special dedication to villa rentals and property maintenance, landscaping and accounting assistance.

The property management service is available throughout the western part of Albufeira, namely Vale da Parra, Galé, Pêra, Alcantarilha, Guia, São Rafael and Albufeira.
