The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a double-sided refrigerator. The living room contains a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 three-seater sofas and 2 single sofas, a footrest, a fireplace, a good-sized TV set, cable channels and free WI-FI service throughout the house. Easy access from the living room and kitchen to the outdoor area. Air conditioning is also available throughout the property, as well as central heating.
The villa is surrounded by a spacious private garden that provides moments of entertainment and relaxation. Facing south, it catches the sun throughout the day, and at the same time, it is easy to get away from it under the shade of the mature trees that surround the land.
The pool is 10 meters long and 5.5 meters wide. We provide pool heating 48 hours before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this service, it may be reduced.
