Newly built 3-bedroom villa located in Areeiro, 5 to 10 minutes away from both Loulé and Almancil. Very comfortable family home with a private swimming pool and private garden, great outdoor and BBQ area.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, configured as follow:

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it has a table and chairs for small meals and also a laundry room. A sliding door allows natural light in the kitchen and provides direct access to the outside dining area, next to the pool.
The spacious living room is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV with UK channels (BBC1-4, ITV, etc…), DVD player, several movies and a WII game console with some games. There is also internet access via Wi-Fi.

The plot is completely private and enclosed all around. It is appropriate and safe for children. There are some areas of grass that are also great for children and a ceramic floor surrounding the pool, plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating to allow you to enjoy the sun and fresh air.
The pool is about 8 meters long by 4 meters wide and with a depth of between 1 meter by the stairs and 2 meters at the deep end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost this service is provided between March and October.
The outdoor dining area has a nice size table and comfortable chairs and is served by a charcoal BBQ. Overall the outdoor is well presented and very private.
There is private parking in the garage located in the basement.

Oliveira House

Located in a tranquil habitational area, near Almancil, Loulé and just 10 minutes away from the beaches, this 3-bedroom house has a private pool, a cosy and private outdoor space and a games room with a pool table and a summer bar. Great to spend some quality time with family or friends.

There are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and the configuration is as follows:

· 1st floor: 1 double bed – en-suite bathroom (bathtub) – Air conditioning.
· 1st floor: 1 bunk bed – en-suite bathroom (shower) – Air conditioning.

The dining and living area is quite lit up by the windows on both sides, the décor is a mix of rustic and modern, equipped with a flat-screen TV with English-spoken channels via cable. There’s Wi-Fi internet in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and practical.
On the lower level, there’s a games room with a pool table, a set of sofas and a TV. A practical summer bar is also in this division and will help bring some fun to your holiday. Just outside this games area, at the same level, is the swimming pool.

The outdoor area is composed of a refreshing pool 6 meters long by 3 meters wide and depths of between 1 meter and 1.8 meters. Next to it, some sun loungers and a rocking net are also present.
There’s a charcoal BBQ to provide support for your summer grills which can be enjoyed on the outdoor dining set for 6 persons, conveniently located under a shaded area.
There are parking spots just outside the property.

3-bedroom villa with a private pool near Vilamoura at just 5-minutes’ walk from Aquashow water park. All the bedrooms are en-suite and fully air conditioned. The outside is spacious and harmonious, ideal for a family of up to 6 persons.

On the ground floor there’s an en-suite double bedroom with a view to the pool, with air conditioning and great solar exposure.
On the 1st floor lies the master en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a serene decoration, this bedroom, also with air conditioning, has plenty of natural light and a terrace with a view towards the pool. The other bedroom on this floor, also en-suite and air conditioned, has 2 twin beds and also has access to a balcony with a view to the pool.
All the bedrooms are quite spacious, with a good solar exposure and air conditioned.

The Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware; it is quite bright and with a direct view towards the pool. The living room has a fireplace for colder days and air conditioning for those hot summer days. Right next to it is the dining room with direct view and access to the garden and pool.

The back of the garden is where the guests will spend most of the time. 3-bedroom villa, very private, with a nice sized pool and garden, ideal for families with children. The zone is very quiet, and the plot is fully enclosed and not overlooked. There is private parking inside for several cars. Air conditioning in all rooms.
