Located in a central area, close to Boliqueime, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is excellent for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas while still being just a few minutes from the beaches and all attractions. There is a large garden throughout the property, fully enclosed, and a good-sized swimming pool that catches the sun throughout the day.
It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, configured as follows:
· Ground floor – Bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub;
· Ground floor – Bedroom with 2 double beds and a shared bathroom with bathtub;

The kitchen is very spacious and complete with all the appliances and accessories necessary for everyday life. There is a pantry area with an extra refrigerator. From the kitchen there is also a door leading to the shaded barbecue area with the outdoor dining table.
The living room is large and has 3 separate areas, the bar, the sitting and dining area. The living area has a fireplace, a television with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…) and Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house.
In the basement, there is also a games room with a pool table.
This villa has a large garden with multiple plants and fruit trees, especially orange trees, in which orange trees are available for guests to grab (in good time). It also has a fully enclosed plot that is safe for children and a swimming pool measuring 9 meters long by 5 meters wide. Outdoors you can find a beautiful swimming pool. We provide pool heating 48 hours before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this service, there may be a decline.
The outdoor charcoal barbecue will be a treat for the senses when you light the charcoal and grill a fresh fish or a nice piece of meat. The table is right next to you and completely shaded by the scorching sun. Nearby, outside the living room, is a nice set of outdoor furniture for some evening chats, reading a book or simply watching out for the kids in the pool.
