Located in the residential area of Cerro da Águia, this unique villa offers a peaceful and private environment, set approximately 80 metres above sea level, with a private swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, parking and outdoor areas perfect for relaxation. The villa has air conditioning in every bedroom and living room to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
With spacious areas and stunning views over the eastern Algarve coastline and Albufeira marina, Villa Clara accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms, as well as several indoor and outdoor areas that make the experience even more enjoyable.
The villa is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, satellite TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. It also features central heating, electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms, security doors and double-glazed windows. For added convenience, the villa also offers an iron, hairdryer and safe. Optionally, the pool can be heated to 30°C for an additional €150 per week.

· Deposit of €500, payable one week before arrival.

Salgados Beach Paradise T2

A huge two bedroom -T2-flat for 4 persons with Air-condition, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, and balcony welcomes you only a few steps away from the famous Salgados beach. This flat fits perfect for a family with 2 kids or two couples which like to play golf at one of Portugal’s best golf places.

The flat is friendly for individuals with specific mobility needs, as it has access by two lifts, a walk-in-shower and back friendly high quality Molaflex mattresses.

Inside the exclusive private garden you will find seven pools, deckchairs, and parasols which invite you to take a sunbath.

SALGADOS BEACH PARADISE is located in the prestigious Herdade dos Salgados condominium, in a peaceful environment next to the Salgados Nature Reserve, where you can observe a wide variety of birds, such as storks and pink flamingos.
