Located less than a ten-minute stroll from some of Gale’s extensive selection of popular sandy beaches, Villa Arines is sure to be a firm favourite with everyone.

We were immediately elated by the villa’s fabulous location and equally smitten by the smart and contemporary interiors. Each of the three bedrooms is finished to a high standard each boasting air conditioning and doors leading out to either the pool terrace or a balcony, and the care and excellent attention to detail are clearly evident throughout. This careful eye for detail is extended to the exteriors, where on one side you will find an attractive lawned garden, brick-built barbecue, and garden furniture. On the other side of the terrace is the gated pool and covered alfresco dining area for you to enjoy your meal with a view.

As lovely as the villa is, being located so close to the beautiful sandy beaches of Gale, and a short stroll from a smattering of shops, mini markets, and restaurants, Villa Arines is sure to be a popular addition to our expanding portfolio of excellent villas here in the Algarve.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide along with 3 steps to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the double bedroom which are 110cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 80cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has Roman steps to enter. There is one step up to the pool area and the pool is gated, the gate width is 85cm. the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 60cm wide which is the only ground floor bathroom.
