Quinta das Laranjeiras

Located in a central area, close to Boliqueime, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is excellent for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas while still being just a few minutes from the beaches and all attractions. There is a large garden throughout the property, fully enclosed, and a good-sized swimming pool that catches the sun throughout the day.

It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, configured as follows:

· Ground floor – Bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub;
· Ground floor – Bedroom with 2 double beds and a shared bathroom with bathtub;
· 1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom;
· 1st Floor – Bedroom with 2 double beds and a shared bathroom;

All rooms have air conditioning.

The kitchen is very spacious and complete with all the appliances and accessories necessary for everyday life. There is a pantry area with an extra refrigerator. From the kitchen there is also a door leading to the shaded barbecue area with the outdoor dining table.
The living room is large and has 3 separate areas, the bar, the sitting and dining area. The living area has a fireplace, a television with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…) and Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house.
In the basement, there is also a games room with a pool table.

This villa has a large garden with multiple plants and fruit trees, especially orange trees, in which orange trees are available for guests to grab (in good time). It also has a fully enclosed plot that is safe for children and a swimming pool measuring 9 meters long by 5 meters wide. Outdoors you can find a beautiful swimming pool. We provide pool heating 48 hours before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this service, there may be a decline.
The outdoor charcoal barbecue will be a treat for the senses when you light the charcoal and grill a fresh fish or a nice piece of meat. The table is right next to you and completely shaded by the scorching sun. Nearby, outside the living room, is a nice set of outdoor furniture for some evening chats, reading a book or simply watching out for the kids in the pool.
There are plenty of safe parking spaces within the grounds.

Sitting proudly amongst villas of similar stature, this modern villa is an excellent choice for keeping car use to a minimum.

Both inside and out there is no shortage of space in which to relax, all rooms being bright and welcoming. Patio doors lead out of the living room to the sunny terrace overlooking the pool, steps from here lead you down to the alfresco dining area, brick-built barbecue and inviting private swimming pool. A most delightful spot to enjoy a welcoming sundowner at the end of a gruelling day in the sun!

While there may be no need to use the car, do take time to explore further afield, Albufeira with its eclectic selection of shops, restaurants and café bars is less than a fifteen-minute bus ride away, and the other fabulous sandy beaches on either side of Gale can be reached by foot.

Isabel Vivenda is a delightful four-bedroom villa with a private pool, located in the area of Castelo, only a short walk away from Castelo’s local bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

Castelo Beach is a little further and can be reached in 20 minutes if you fancy the walk. Alternatively pack the car high with a picnic, your snorkel and a bucket & spade and within a few minutes’ drive you’ll reach Praia do Castelo. This relatively small bay is worth the visit as the golden sands are surrounded by a beautiful backdrop of rock formations, typical of the Portuguese coastline.

Just a short walk to Sao Rafael beach, Casa Barreto is a charming three-bedroom villa.

Step in, and be greeted by bright and cosy interiors. The lounge is comprised of comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace, a TV, and patio doors leading to the terrace with steps down to the pool. The terrace has a gate to provide extra safety and has captivating views of the surrounding landscape and sea. The dining room has a classic wooden table with patio doors letting light seep in and fill the room. In the kitchen, you’ll find appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave to ensure you’re self-catering experience is as easy as possible. For those days you feel like something different, make use of the barbeque on the terrace ideal for dining alfresco with a view.
