· Ground Floor – 1 single bed with an extra bed located below;
· Ground Floor – 1 bathroom next to the single bedroom;
· All the bedrooms have air conditioning;

At the entrance, we have a well-illuminated entrance hall, with access to the living room and stairs to access the first floor;
On the Ground Floor, we find the kitchen, well equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your holidays stress-free, as well as a small meal area;
In the living room, we have 3 different areas: dining space with 8 sittings and 2 living spaces with cable TV and WIFI – one with 3 individual chairs and another one with 2 sofas where you can enjoy a nice fireplace for the colder days or open all the windows and enjoy the very nice view for the garden and golf course.

The house has a well-tended garden with a fantastic view towards the lake and golf course and an outdoor sitting and dining area where you can enjoy nice al-fresco meals, under the shade of the electric awnings.
There is also a nice fenced swimming pool for child protection a great variety of outdoor furniture and a practical charcoal BBQ. There’s also an outdoor WC. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this service it might be declined.
On the 1st floor, you have a great private balcony overlooking the golf course and lake.
