This large villa consists of 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a spacious plot with plenty of grass, a good-sized pool. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. A shaded BBQ and dining area, a lovely outdoor spa, a games room and loads of space and comfort for the whole family. All the bedrooms in this house are quite spacious and well lit, all have air conditioning and also some standing fans. All bathrooms have underfloor heating for colder periods and towel warmers. All the twin beds can be made as doubles.

· Basement – Small apartment that contains a bedroom with 2 twin beds, private bathroom, living room with sofa bed that can also sleep 2 more persons, and a separate kitchen. This unit has a direct connection to the main unit but also has a separate entrance. Great for a couple with small kids or teenagers.

The villa has a fully equipped and organized kitchen, so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends, as well as direct access to the outside to the outdoor dining area.
The inside of the villa has 2 separate leisure areas one of them containing a small bar, well located below the games room, a nice interior fireplace, 2 sofas, a coffee table and TV, and the dining room with a table and 12 chairs. The other leisure area, in green tones, has sofas to seat 8 persons and also has a TV with English channels, also with direct access to the pool and BBQ area.
There is a cosy games room on the 1st floor where you can find a snooker table that can be converted into a table tennis table, a table football and others.

The exterior of the villa is quite large and offers a bit of everything for everyone, grass for outdoor ball games, sun loungers and outdoor sofas around the pool for sun lovers, a great BBQ area under a wooden pergola with a dining table for the whole family, and last but not least, a relaxing outdoor spa for up to 4 persons. The pool is wide (10m by 5m) and the depth varies between 1m and 2.3m deep and can be heated for an extra cost.
The villa is very private and completely non-overlooked, oblivious to noises that do not come from nature itself, however, it is located just minutes from the centre of Vilamoura where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife, ideal for families or groups that like to have fun and experience the local life (gastronomy, nature, cycling).

Surrounded by the lush beauty of the Oceânico Pinhal Golf, this villa impresses with its exquisite decoration and large areas. Enjoy sunbathing on the loungers that surround the pool and the bubbling outdoor jacuzzi, and enjoy your leisure time in the game and cinema rooms. Just 20 minutes’ walk away from the bustling Vilamoura marina.

In total, there are 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Configured as follows:

The kitchen is quite large and practical. With its granite countertops, quality appliances and a large built-in oven as well as additional perks, such as a capsule coffee machine and a water purifier will make your stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen also has access to the pool and a door that leads directly to the barbecue.
Entering the living room, with excellent natural light throughout the day, furnished with a leather sofa and plush pillows, a flat-screen TV above the gas fireplace which promotes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dining area has an extendable dining table and the whole area has sliding windows facing the pool.
Downstairs, the laundry room with a washer and dryer, a games area with a pool table, table tennis table, table football and even a small zone to do some exercise. The cinema room has a sofa with chaise longue and several beanbags for maximum comfort and is equipped with air conditioning.
The floor throughout the house is ceramic that looks and shines like polished stone and as a bonus, there is an in-built sound system in the living room, bedrooms and some bathrooms.

Unwind in the patio area and enjoy the mild climate of the Algarve surrounded by palm and pine trees that offer this house a quiet, peaceful environment.
Have fun in the outdoor pool with about 9 meters long by 5 wide and 1.4m deep at the deep end, providing the perfect environment for water games. Besides the main pool, there is a smaller one only 80cm deep, perfect for smaller children. The bubbling outdoor Jacuzzi with a waterfall and many powerful jets is great for much-deserved relaxation. Facing the swimming pool, a wooden deck with outdoor furniture, shaded by a wooden pergola with a straw roof is ideal for reading a book or having a drink, or two. Next to the outdoor dining table, there is an external speaker which is connected to the house sound system. Next to the kitchen lies the built-in charcoal barbecue, a sink and a coffee table with chairs.
In the back of the garden a putting green and playground with a rubber floor, equipped with a slide, swings and a wooden house will delight grown-ups and children.

This stunning 6-bedroom boutique villa has everything you will need to enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The garden area is simply stunning with a lake with a bridge and fountain, a large swimming pool, a putting green, all manner of outdoor games and even an outdoor Jacuzzi. Villa Valentina

This is a spacious 5-bedroom villa located in Quinta do Mar, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago at just 1km from the beach. It is the last house of urbanization and as such has no passing by cars. It is decorated tastefully and in a comfortable way with everything you will need for a great family holiday.

In total, there are 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 10 beds where a maximum of 14 persons can sleep. The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

· Ground Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with bath and shower – air conditioning
· Ground Floor – 2 single beds – private bathroom with bath and shower – air conditioning
· 1st Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with bath and shower column – air conditioning – TV

On the 1st floor, between the 2 bedrooms, there’s a cosy space with a sofa bed that can sleep an extra 2 persons. At ground floor level there’s an extra WC.

The house has a practical fully equipped kitchen with a central island, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other indispensable accessories. It also has direct access to the BBQ. The living room is bright with its many windows leading to the outside and has a fireplace to make the space more cosy on winter days.
The basement of the house is transformed into a leisure area, with a pool table, a table tennis table and a football table. There’s Wi-Fi broadband internet connection and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc.). An integrated sound system runs throughout the house and can be controlled individually in each room to play local radio stations. The air conditioning is central and provides cold or heat for the whole house except for the basement area which is generally cooler in Summer.
The outside, complete with an artificial waterfall running directly to the pool provides the looks and the sounds of running water which are quite relaxing.
The swimming pool is approximately 9 meters in length by 4.5 meters wide and has an additional Jacuzzi fit for 4 persons or more. The pool depths vary from 0.75 meters by the stairs up to 1.6 meters by the deepest end.

There’s a secure parking space for 3 or more cars inside the property. Our guests can also freely use the nearby tennis court that belongs to the urbanization.
