Villa Valentina

This is a spacious 5-bedroom villa located in Quinta do Mar, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago at just 1km from the beach. It is the last house of urbanization and as such has no passing by cars. It is decorated tastefully and in a comfortable way with everything you will need for a great family holiday.

In total, there are 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 10 beds where a maximum of 14 persons can sleep. The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

· Ground Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with bath and shower – air conditioning
· Ground Floor – 2 single beds – private bathroom with bath and shower – air conditioning
· 1st Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with bath and shower column – air conditioning – TV
· 1st Floor – king-size bed – private bathroom with bath and shower – air conditioning
· Lower floor – 4 single beds – private bathroom with shower

On the 1st floor, between the 2 bedrooms, there’s a cosy space with a sofa bed that can sleep an extra 2 persons. At ground floor level there’s an extra WC.

The house has a practical fully equipped kitchen with a central island, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other indispensable accessories. It also has direct access to the BBQ. The living room is bright with its many windows leading to the outside and has a fireplace to make the space more cosy on winter days.
The basement of the house is transformed into a leisure area, with a pool table, a table tennis table and a football table. There’s Wi-Fi broadband internet connection and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc.). An integrated sound system runs throughout the house and can be controlled individually in each room to play local radio stations. The air conditioning is central and provides cold or heat for the whole house except for the basement area which is generally cooler in Summer.
The outside, complete with an artificial waterfall running directly to the pool provides the looks and the sounds of running water which are quite relaxing.
The swimming pool is approximately 9 meters in length by 4.5 meters wide and has an additional Jacuzzi fit for 4 persons or more. The pool depths vary from 0.75 meters by the stairs up to 1.6 meters by the deepest end.
We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this service it might be declined.
There are 10 sun loungers by the poolside comfortable outdoor tables and chairs fit for 12 under a shaded pergola and also a charcoal BBQ to provide the conditions for nice al-fresco dining experiences. A set of outdoor furniture with sofas, chairs and a table completes the picture.
There’s a secure parking space for 3 or more cars inside the property. Our guests can also freely use the nearby tennis court that belongs to the urbanization.

Villa Vista

This recently refurbished villa offers great privacy to those who visit it. Inside it has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday and a well-kept outside, barbecue and leisure areas take advantage of the majestic views over the Atlantic Ocean.

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and the configuration is as follows:

· 1st floor – Bedroom with king-size and a private bathroom;
· Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub;
· Ground Floor – Bedrooms with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom;
· Ground Floor – Bedrooms with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom;
· Ground Floor – WC;

All the bedrooms have air conditioning;

The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for your stay, has an island with lots of storage space and bar stools.
The dining room has a large table and chairs for 8 people, direct access to the front and back garden and to the laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer.
The living room is just next to the dining area, in the same open plan space, quite warm and welcoming due to the fireplace, the sofas and armchairs with a capacity to seat 8 people, flat screen TV (with satellite channels), DVD, stereo system and Wi-Fi. It has a large sliding door that provides direct access to the BBQ, the garden, the pool and magnificent views.

The whole plot is fenced by walls and hedges. On the terrace that runs along the bedrooms and the living room, there’s a gas BBQ and an outdoor table with 8 chairs, protected from the sun by a shade sail to allow outdoor meals even during the day, always picturing a splendid view come night or day.
Down by the lawn and at the edge of the plot is the swimming pool, 1.40m deep, 6.50 meters long and 3.50 meters wide, surrounded by bushes and also sharing the view with the rest of the house. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this service it might be declined.

The area where the house is situated is very quiet and parking outside is not a problem.
