The living room also benefits from a large amount of natural light coming not only from large sliding doors that access the pool area but also from the large windows by the high ceiling.
The fireplace provides warmth to the room and the comfortable sofas in front of the flat-screen TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi will keep the family entertained. In one corner of this room, there’s also a card game table for up to 4 persons. The living room is equipped with air conditioning.
Down the lower floor, there is a spacious game room for the whole family, equipped with a pool table, a table tennis table and table football.

The beautiful garden which overlooks the golf course, surrounds the entire property and some large trees provide a cooling shade on hot days.
The swimming pool is located where it gets sunshine all day long and it measures about 10 meters long by 4 meters wide and is 80 cm deep by the stairs to 2 meters in the deep end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this service it might be declined.

There is a dining area with a large glass table for dining inside and this whole room has French doors providing direct access to the garden and pool.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking for the whole family. Next to it, a small laundry room with a washing machine.
Down to the basement, there’s a second living room with some sofas and another TV set, a games room equipped with a table tennis table, a pool table, a darts game and some fitness equipment like a treadmill and an abs bench, among others.

The outdoor area of this villa has a great garden with lawns, plants, flowers and some adult pine trees that provide a refreshing shade. The garden is even more enticing for golf lovers as it borders with one of the best golf courses, the Pinhal Golf Course.
The dark blue swimming pool is 9 meters in length by 4 meters wide and has an additional small roundish pool made shallow for small children. By the pool, there’s a wide range of outdoor equipment, from sun beds, and a small table with a sofa for an evening drink to the grand outdoor table under a wooden pergola.
